~ Copthorne Orchid, Penang : 03/06/09 ~People say that we can have either beauty or brains & not both simultaneously. People also say that doctors are brainy. Do you agree?
George Bernard Shaw (26 July 1856 – 2 November 1950 : an Irish playwright) was once approached by a seductive young actress who cooed him in his ear, "Wouldn't it be wonderful if we got married and had a child with my beauty and your brains?"
George Bernard Shaw who was hardly handsome man replied,"My dear, that would be wonderful indeed, but what if our child had my beauty and your brains?"
Catatan:
I think (experience going to the various hospitals) most doctors at government hospitals not only have both (brains & beauty) but also sincerity & caring. That's why we appreciated government hospital more campared to private.
